About Keith

Keith Lively is a husband and father of two fantastic children. He is a well-respected, motivated professional with more than 21 years of playground, park & recreation industry experience.  Keith combines fresh inspiration and decades of expertise to make a positive impact in his community, industry and beyond.  He has designed, sold, inspected & maintained Commercial Playground Equipment and acted as a Consultant on new and existing projects for more than two decades.  

Since 1999, Keith has been an active Certified Playground Safety Inspector with the National Playground Safety Institute (NPSI) a division of the National Recreation & Parks Association (NRPA).  Prior to founding Playground Patrol, Keith worked at a playground manufacturing facility, and would partner with members of the Detroit Testing Lab & TUV SUD America (who serve as their 3rd party validator for the IPEMA Certification program) as part of the IPEMA certification process (International Playground Equipment Manufacturers Association) to ensure his company was manufacturing and operating to the highest industry standards.  This combination of accreditation and experience makes Playground Patrol uniquely qualified to inspect and maintain your recreational equipment.
